As there was a growing need for custom milling & machines at our shop, and limited access to available time and resources in other areas, we decided to create a custom design and build our own CNC machining program. With the success of this build, we are now scaling to make available for the "makers of the world."

This original CNC machining for our piece of equipment was precisely engineered to make a machine capable to mill a variety of materials from small thin plastics and metals, to up to 6" thick aluminum and steels.

The elemental design and function of our cnc machining project has been well calculated to ensure that it's precise enough to operate with enough strength and resilience and to machine through large chunks of aluminum and steel with ease.

The fluid accuracy and movement of this drive housing for our machines has been precisely fabricated using pinpoint accuracy which is in demand for cnc machining. The solid chunks of aluminum have been carved out with circular saws, and drilled by hand, and the screw mounts also hand turned for precise accuracy.
