Early prototype testing of GEOFRICTION clay pad, removing environmental contamination from a vehicle surface that was intentionally left outside and neglected to be subjected to the elements (tree sap, bug residue, road grime and debris).

Product features and attributes were carefully selected from premium materials and enhanced features were conceptualized to provide premium benefits for consumers and professionals alike in the automotive appearance segment.

Various materials and substrates were testing in real life trials and put through various techniques under microscopic analysis to determine product suitability for different global market segments.

Utilizing proprietary techniques, the surface cleaning materials are fused into a variety of substrates and produced in scalable batch quantities.

After production and assembly, products go through an inspection process and onto the packaging  and assembly line. 

For the surface cleaning gloves, we carefully selected nylon tricot fabrics with layered foam fabrics to accept a variety of viscoelastic surface cleaning materials.

A patented technique and process for the GEOIMPRESSIONS into the visceolastic resins and substrates is the product manufacturing phase.  

A variety of different materials selections, resins and polishing agents are mated to a different selection of substrates for a distinct selection of applications.

After careful selection of raw materials, production and fabrication, products are materialized onto a production line for packaging, labeling and assembly.
